I’m going to New Orleans for the first time in a couple of weeks and I could not be more excited! I want to go on a Haunted Tour through the garden district, and go on a swamp tour, and explore old cemeteries, and have my fortune told!! While researching my trip I came across these adorable felt pincushion Voodoo dolls made by Anne-Claire at HibouCards.
As described by Anne-Claire, these pincushions “kill two birds with one stone by keeping all your needles in one place and by releasing pent up anger, stabbing the doll.” Each little one is hand-sewn and made of a mix of eco-friendly and wool blend felt. Though I don’t leave for a little while, be assured that I will take lots of pictures to share with you all!
